Write it down
Take a quiet moment. On a piece of paper, jot down what you’re ready to release - thoughts, habits, energy that feels heavy or out of alignment. Big or small, if it’s taking up space, it belongs on the page.
Burn & release
Safely burn the piece of paper in a fireplace, fireproof dish, or safely outdoors. Let the flames consume it, watch the smoke rise, and feel the release. Breathe deep.
Reset your space
